Panhel will advertise spring cob on their instagram page, so watch for it. There is a meeting at the end of January that will provide details, but no one knows which houses (if any) will participate this year since the fall classes were so large. But you should definitely go to the info meeting. In a typical year, tridelt and gphi have open COB events and if the other houses do cob it’s usually not advertised and invite only. If you have friends that are already in houses, I would definitely let them know you are interested so you can get your name out there.
