If your conversations were better at theta, there is a high chance you will end up with a bid from them even if you put pi phi first. And then you would be in the exact same place but bummed knowing that a house dropped you (pi phi is the “hardest” house to get into - just stating facts). If your experience was better at theta, go with theta. That is the way this is supposed to work and it’s certainly the way the houses are looking at it. You sound like you found your place - go with it. All houses are great at CU and frankly, so is not being in one all together. Our school is the best.
