CU is weird in that there's really is only one "bottom" house - tri delt. And even then it’s filled with great girls too. The middle tier is Chi O, Kappa, Theta, Axo, gphi which are all generally seen as equal. With Kappa having a massive rise since 2021, means they passed Chi O/being equal with them. So those two are right on the cusp to becoming a higher middle tier. Then aphi, pi phi, dg are all top tier and equal in parts when considering how different they are. As a girl I’d say they’re all equal although piphi and aphi are kinda considered the top two. They all have very different values and recruit a different vibe of “top tier” girl. Think influencer, wealth, and style… mid tier is very similar, u talk to the same guys, attend the same stuff, there’s girls that have dated each other across other mid tiers, like literally everything lol. All friends and same vibes just tiny variations you will see during rush. What I love is that all the girls run in the same friend groups and also make close friends in their sororities. There is hardly exclusion at cu and there are the best ppl in every house. If you can ignore ranks, and trust that you'll end up where you're meant to be, it shouldn't be difficult to end up in a mid tier house since 5/9 houses are considered that.
