1. Snu- mostly Colorado, best property, rich, has had bad pcs recently but still rips 2. Phi Psi- kids from all over, best parties and social events as a whole, now owns chapel and jungle so they have a ton of property, crazy hazing but the brotherhood is real 3.Chi Psi- lot of Colorado kids, good but not great parties, huge house, smaller of the top houses but all good guys 4. Pi kapp- pi kapp doesn’t always get ranked great but they are pretty sick imo, sick darties great guys, lot of Chicago guys 5. Theta xi- these guys are all super outdoorsy and lot of Colorado guys, pretty cool house and annexes and their parties are usually really fun. 6. Sig Pi/Ksig- both of these are non Ifc so their parties get shut down sometimes but they both have great brothers, sig pi’s are kinda like phi psi’s and ksigs are like pi kapps. 8. Sae- great kids but their houses are mid even with the old sig ep house. Skaterguys, super Cali. 7. Pks/phi tau- pretty decent. 8. Theta chi- check it out if you must. I’m not gonna say what house I am but I can tell you that I think this is a pretty honest review for someone in a house not on this ranking.
