Sorry. Forgot to address quota. Quota is set after MRABAs are signed and basically it is the number of sororities divided by the number of PNMs signing MRABAs. So if a PNM stayed in and attended 2 pref parties, or even if she just was invited to and attended one pref, she would have a bid. If a bunch of girls are saying they didn’t get a bid, they probably dropped out when their favorite houses dropped them.
