I would consider the pool of people to pick from. This is a public university, so most people who go here are in-state due to lower tuition etc. Obviously most girls in pretty much every sorority are going to be colorado girls. 50% of all student body is from Colorado, and the percentage even from the next highest state is nowhere close to that.
