@?? because it's only sought after by one specific type of girl. i have friends in a phi that i love BUT i could never be in the chapter. too focused on optics and i think that would be exhausting. they're dropping in the ranks because for a while everyone wanted to be "that" girl and now pnm priorities are shifting and this year's rush showed us that. it's not a bad thing and they're a great house, but if you aren't appealing to the majority of pnms then you're not "top" anymore. pi phi, dg, and even chi o/theta/axo are houses pnms can "see themselves in" vs. a very specific pnm
