I would tell your legacy GLO, but no one else. Other chapters might feel that you are going to your legacy house, and not give you as much consideration. Having said that, being a legacy doesn't necessarily carry as much weight as it used to. It will depend on the sorority as to how much weight they give it. Sometimes it will get you past the first round, but not necessarily past the second.
