(tier orders don’t matter) top tier - no explanation needed, these frats throw best parties and are most popular and have the best houses SNU Chi Psi K Sig upper mid - super fun parties and great guys but not on same level as the top tier, not as consistent SAE (rip projects) theta xi sig pi (projects made them relevant again) phi psi phi tau pi kapp mid - these guys are cool and they’re parties are really fun, but theta chi and PKS lack space and pike is pike theta chi pike PKS/sig ep lower mid - tbh ZBT used to be bottom but their parties have been PACKED this year and they’re no longer on the same level as the bottom frats and have better pledge classes recently, all of these frats throw a few good parties and have some cool guys but also some weird ones aepi asig ZBT sig chi low - only relevant to freshman TKE KA phi delt bottom - i’m wishing them the best acacia FIJI
