This is pretty accurate, but I have a few thoughts as a senior. I would say aphi recruits more “classically attractive” or beautiful girls overall apart from the facey Instagram models in their house (although they do have a lot of those as well) while pi phi has a lock on the clout-y LA & SoCal hot girls. Both equally strong and undoubtedly top and cross rush a lot but different vibes with aphi being more geographically diverse with Chicago/Denver/Northeastern and a decent amount of Southern and Cali girls while Pi Phi very heavily recruits from high schools in Newport Beach, etc… Kappa and Theta are accurate. both of these houses have groups of girls who party more and are popular boulder girls but generally have a ton of artsy and outdoorsy girls. I really disagree that girls end up in AXO or Gphi because of grades…I think both of those houses have mostly pretty smart girls. I think girls tend to go these houses in some cases BECAUSE they care more about school than partying.
