It's just hard to actually get close to 200 guys. The In between and mid teir houses (with the exception of Phi Psi - which has that shallow top teir brotherhood) still have a lot of guys, but they're usually around 120-180. From knowing guys in both top teir and mid teir houses, the experience in mid teir houses brings you better brotherhood, but hey to each their own, every house is different.
