Frats: Top: ΚΣ - ΣΑΕ - ΠΚΦ Honestly the order of these 3 changes a lot through every year. Beginning of the year ΣΑΕ probably was doing the best middle of the year it was ΚΣ and at the end it was ΠΚΦ. (Highly debatable but all depends on who you ask) 1 step down: Would say sig pi but with what’s going on it’s hard to think they will still be at this rank next year. ΧΨ - ΦΚΨ - ΘΞ All these houses are very different and don’t disappoint. 2 steps down: ΣΝ Only reason that they are not higher is basically a stunt to make them throw more. They definitely hold more respect with girls then some of the houses a tier above but they have one of the nicest fraternity properties in the country that’s not in the south and barely use it. 3 steps: ΠΚΑ - ΦΚΤ Pikes doing great for how new they are, phi tau needs to step up, great house but don’t use it enough. 4 steps: ΘΧ - ΑΣΦ - ΤΚΕ - Fiji Smaller but still hold there own. The rest aren’t irrelevant but I just don’t know enough about them to rank them. Sororities: Top: A Phi - Pi Phi - DG Order of these is arguable but these are three most desired houses by girls and they steal girls from each other on bid day all the time. 1 step : Chi O Used to be amazing but didn’t have the best rush this year. Has lots of potential, some of these girls are amazing and give the vibe of “Top” on their own but they do get a decent amount of weirdos. 2 steps: Kappa Kinda the same story as Chi O but just a tiny bit behind. 3 steps: Theta, G Phi I don’t hear much from sororities after this
