I’m not in SAE but I’ll say all the frats in boulder have a similar length in pledge process. 7-10 weeks. I would assume SAE is the same as every other frat in terms of bid/initiation. Getting a bid does not mean you are in the fraternity. You have to earn it through making it through pledging. Hope this helps
