Check out SigEp which has year round recruitment into the award-winning Balanced Man Program. The BMP perfectly aligns with year-round recruitment. SigEp's self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say a new member joins in mid October. Other members previously recruited in the Sigma challenge have already completed three of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings that semester. Well, it's easy. The new member joining in October meshes with the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings. Then he attends the first three meetings the next semester for the Sigma challenge to unlock prizes.
