pi phi is a good house but it’s not it’s own tier lol. I know girls including myself who dropped pi phi during rush for other top houses pi phi/aphi/dg chi o/kappa/theta gphi individual rankings within tiers really don’t work because personal preference for different aspects of the houses will always put the houses in different spots. you could consider one the number one house while other people will consider it third, but the top three are undisputed
