Alpha Phi will probably not do COB, but choose instead to give out 'snap'-type bids. These bids will most likely go to girls who have friends within the house already. So, if you don't know anyone, the odds are that you shouldn't hope for a bid. As Alpha Phi has lost more upperclassman that usual, they'll be eager to keep their house full.
