Pha posted that tri delt and axo are doing COB, and in another thread, someone listed that gphi is as well although there are no official postings of that as far as I saw. Even though you saw all the chapters in fall, if you want to join one this spring those are your options. I'd recommend at least checking those houses out again, they all have cool girls and might surprise you. If you decide they arent for you, you'll have to wait until fall to rush again.
