This person has it wrong. Alpha phi is way too high and chi o is too low. Whole thing is out of whack. DG/ Pi phi/ Chi o- all top tier, but it just depends on what kind of a house you are looking for Kappa/ A phi/ Theta- all middle. In my opinion kappa is better than A phi bc of quality of girls G-phi- I don't think they are bottom tier because they have great sisterhood tri delt/ A Chi o- awesome sisterhoods and philanthropies
