Stop hating. Fact: Pi Phi is the house all the girls want - rushed #1 the last few years, and last years rush wasn't even close - pi phi killed it. They have a very strong sisterhood and the highest retention of all 9 houses. The girls all love to be in it and it shows. They have also cleaned up their act the last few years and aren't any more wild than any top house at CU. They are less "sororityty" than DG but that is not a bad thing.
