a bunch of years ago, alpha phi had an issue with alcohol and a new member falling off the roof. it was on all the news outlets, but they aren't on probation now. alpha chi has been on probation in past years because they didn't meet quota and had such a high drop rate. as of right now, both houses are in good standing and neither house is going to be kicked off campus. they have just had some problems in the past, but those were probably before your time.
