Hi there! So I will be completely honest with you it will be a little harder rushing as a sophomore but don't be discouraged by it! What makes it hard is just the sheer amount of girls who rush and as much as we would like to give every single girl a bid because they are wonderful, we have caps for how many girls we can have. I would not say I'm in the most diverse house but I can tell you that so many of the houses here are diverse! Don't let that be a factor because we look for personality, grades, activities, etc the most! Race is never part of our decisions.
