TOP (Pi Kapp, SAE, Kappa Sig) These guys have been the top three for a while now. Could change due to recent housing losses, accusations, etc. IN NO ORDER: KAPPA SIG: Three years ago K Sig was considered top house. But since they've been kicked off IFC I'd say they've slipped a little, I just don't think they care very much. Known as the 'roided out, Southern douche bag frat. They get good looking guys, and Beachapalooza is killer. Have an awesome house, and just redid their basement, I think they will stay top for a while PI KAPP: These guys are top 3 because they're cool, funny, and good looking. They have some super hot guys and then they have some guys who aren't AS hot, but are insanely funny. They might not be as "ripped" as kappa sig, but personality wise they're top. Used to be below Kappa Sig, but I'd say they've passed them in the past year. Just got a new house, and have killer annexes. Will stay top. Lots of Aspen boys. SAE: Cali chill surfer bro stereotypes. These guys are super nice, party hard, and don't really care what you think about them. Lost their house three years ago, but have secured three houses (The Projects) that is a pretty dope party spot. Chophouse always rages, and these guys will find any excuse to wear a ridiculous costume while day drinking and playing beer die on their front lawn. A really fun, laid-back group of guys that loves to party.
