I think sig chi is in the perfect placement. They’re not really top tier because their last two pcs have been really not that good. Their involvement on campus is great but they just lack great in the social atmosphere compared to SAE PIKE BETA. I think with the new house and the possibility of more socials + parties, they could make some noise in the coming years and be really top. That’s probably what is attracting new members the most atm because they really don’t have anything else over SAE, Pike, or even beta who’s without a house. They’re obviously over Delt now lol
