Do not rush here. This is not the “classic fraternity” experience you’re looking for. They have a dry house policy now which means no alcohol on their premises, and no parties and tailgates can be thrown at their house. They also have a house dad which will be living in the house to enforce these rules. It’s basically managed like a sorority. These guys live on this website and say they’re top tier but in reality they are not and everyone knows it. They’re one of the worst fraternities here. Don’t fall for the lies.
