regardless of how you order 1, 2 and 3 it seems unanimous piphi is at the bottom for #4 which isn't a surprise given that they just started up like 2 years ago. This is what DG was like when it started up 10 years ago: a new sorority chapter that colonized to address the fact that there were a lot more girls interested and not enough spots in the existing sororities at the time (AOII/Theta) to accommodate all of them. But look at what DG has become in 10 years, a real contender of its own. So Pi Phi will get there soon too. In the meantime, the best girls will continue to get split between the top 2, with spillover into 3 and 4, just as it's always been because there isn't enough room for one sorority to contain the best girls on campus. and what you argue are the top 1 or 2 really are biased based off your personal friendships. They're all good because they're full of strong, beautiful, intelligent girls that are seeking the same thing in theory - a community of social, driven, likeminded women. So the best way to tell for yourself is go through recruitment, see which one(s) you personally click with the best and rank accordingly on your bid sheet.
