I would go through, but don't get too hung up on that house. Since it's a guaranteed bid campus, I assume you dropped out of recruitment when you didn't get into the "one". As someone who almost did the same thing I would advise you to give the other houses a second look. They didn't forget to accept you... it might just be a numbers thing, but it's possible it's not. It won't work for everyone, but I ended up really happy in the house I got a bid from, even though it wasn't my first, or second choice. It sucked the first few days feeling like no one wanted me, but I got over myself and tried to make the most of it (half ass planning to drop rush again the next fall). Before long I realized I really really liked it, and ended up staying. I'd go to a couple houses during spring, not just that single one. You might be pleasantly surprised.
