Well the houses who did not reach quota or had a couple people drop will have spring rush, these houses are usually posted on the phc website. You can reach out to the people in charge of recruitment in each house that is having it/you are interested in individually. Some houses are very lowkey about it and just reach out to girls they already had their eyes on. Houses that have spring rush every year are usually tri delt, sk, aopi, some others. But every year it changes, like last year dg had spring rush cause lots of girl dropped. so just check the phc website closer to spring.
