RE: houses being "sketchy/shallow" panhellenic/our nationals require us to have a quota for juniors/seniors in our pledge class, therefore with the algorithms to have the best odds of meeting junior/senior quota, the system will keep "X" amount of older girls coming through our house in rush. its not a matter of being shallow, its a matter of fall formal recruitment being a system that works to best match people in a house that is mutually selected, but it doesnt always work, plain and simple.
