I'm in a frat at cal, so let me tell you from a dude's perspective: GPhi is by far the least attractive of any sorority - they just have very few good looking girls as a whole (bottom of the bottom) so most frats don't want to exchange/associate with them. However, most of the girls seem pretty nice and down to earth. They call pretty much everyone back though, so I wouldn't really try too hard to get in
