Top Tier: -SAE: Top house, best night parties, and have the best sorority relations, best freshman classes recently, kicked off social recently. KA: Cool/chill brothers, decent parties, medium-sized house. Zete: Falling off because of kicked off, fun gamedays, decent-sized brotherhood, alright sorority relationship. Mid: Fiji: great house with great guys, good sorority relations, is broke and only throws one party a year. DKE: pretty heinous house, interesting guys, game days and parties can be fun, and hazing is bad. Phi Psi: Big house and big brotherhood, pretty good sorority relations, don't throw often. Low: ATO: Cool house, big brotherhood, close with certain sororities, brothers are nice, decent parties. SNU: Throw every once in a while, can be fun, cool-looking house.
