There are tons of frats on campus, few are good. Here are the ones worth joining: For frats: Ka: nice soft guys, not very frat, lots of parties, gives out a ton of bids to rushees, not great brotherhood due to basically no hazing, few athletes Fiji: nice house, tight brotherhood, pretty mysterious unless you’re a brother it seems like, pairs with the best of greeklife, good amount of athletes Zete: super fratty, good game days, pairs with good houses, very hard hazing (probably worst of all the houses), good brotherhood, some athletes Dke: solid house, good game days, pairs with good houses, pretty hard hazing Sae: was previously good before getting shut down, I bet sae will come back but if I were rushing I wouldn’t want to join a house that won’t be good for another couple years at least If you go to any of these you’ll have a good experience at cal. I just don’t want to see people end up at chi phi or snu
