Ka, SAE, Zete, DKE and Fiji are the only true top houses. The rankings between these five change up every year. Fiji has fallen off hard definitely but cmon fiji still isnt comparable to Pike or Phi Psi. Pike and Phi Psi are middle tier houses. The aformentioned houses make up the top een in down years. Anyone in a good sorority or fraternity knows this. GEEDS lol.
