This is between Snu and Chi Phi One throws better parties and is more well known (snu) One has a lot of good looking brothers but doesn't really do much (chi Phi) Traditionally Snu has been considered a better house in my 4 years here. But Chi Phi is extremely underrated and has frattier guys than some of the top houses.
