My sorority doesn’t really like DU too much and the guys are a little eh, but honestly they deserve to be a mid tier or lower mid tier house at worse. I think their pledge classes are getting better with cuter and cooler guys. Better overall / parties / cuter guys than most mid / lower mid houses TKE, Chi Psi, Theta Chi, and a lot of others.
