There are myriad private methods of Informal and COB recruitment that vary house to house. NPC allows this, and it is not 'bad' or' misleading' to use these methods. Women are encouraged to attend formal recruitment for the overall greater breadth of sorority information available to incoming pnms versus COB and Informal. Formal includes a greater chance of open-minded women being placed somewhere among our groups (the NPC's RFM Rules apply here).
