It's not even about meeting quota from fall formal. You can have a huge ass pledge class or above average of all the houses, but if you had a ton of seniors graduate last year you may still be below chapter total mandated by your nationals. Its dumb and annoying cause literally every other huge state school, SMU, USC, etc. do spring rush and everyone participates and no one cares. People here are so whack and insecure that they look for every little thing to put themselves above others in "rank" when in actuality spring rush isn't at all a reflection of the quality of the women in a house
