This person is completely generalizing by calling them the "richest." I'm sure there are rich guys in every house... And who are you to call them "elitist" based on who they are friends with? How rude. The fact that fraternities aren't recognized by the university pretty much has nothing to do with the quality and personalities of the men in these houses. There are some awesome, nice guys in every "unaffiliated" house.
