<strong>Subject:</strong><br />~nice yet honest~ sorority rankings spring 2018<br /><br /> Poster Message:
Top Tier (in no particular order): Kappa, Pi Phi, APhi, DG Kappa: classy, put-together, pretty girls. They are stereotypically gorgeous and “top of the top,” and they know that. However, there are some SUPER nice girls in this house! Pi Phi: they party HARD -- it takes effort to find some genuinely sweet girls here, as they are stereotypically a bit aloof and standoffish towards people in “lower” houses, but they definitely exist. APhi: your stereotypical sorority girls -- super stereotypical APhi type of girls. Really pretty, some are really nice, and they’re always down to have a good time. Also they have a really nice house lol. DG: lots of chill girls who party HARD (kinda like Pi Phi); there’s definitely a strong mix of girls in this house though -- there are definitely your stereotypical boujee sorority girls, but there are also some suuuuper chill, down-to-earth girls too. They went through a lot of crap this past semester, but they still held their own. Middle Tier (in no particular order): ADPi, SK, Chi O, Delta Sigma ADPi: they really rose in rank this year -- they recruited a really good pledge class this year, consisting of girls more similar to DG than other girls in this tier, but they do have a mixed pledge class. Basically similar girls to DG, but the proportion of down-to-earth girls to boujee girls is higher than DG. SK: SK’s kinda on their own program lol. They party a lot too -- kinda like a knock-off Pi Phi, but there are some wholesome, substantial girls in this house too. Chi O: losing a LOT of girls last spring was a bummer for them, so they had a HUGE pledge class this fall -- some of whom are actually super fun, outgoing girls, but there are also girls that were just recruited that don’t really fit the mold of the house itself. They’ve done a good job making an effort to get back to where they were before, though. Kinda on par with Delta Sigma because they both went through similar house trauma. Delta Sigma: went through a TON of issues last year that made them lose their AOPi charter (renamed Delta Sigma) and, like Chi O, had to recruit a pretty mixed pledge class this year. But they’ve also done a good job trying to go out and reestablish themselves socially -- it’s just gonna take some time for people to warm up to them again. Lower Tier (in no particular order): Tri Delt, Zeta, AXO, Theta, GPhi Tri Delt: They’ve risen in rank a bit this year! There are a couple cool girls in here who really go out and party, but their higher ratio of whack girls to cool girls puts them in this category. Zeta: They’ve risen in rank this year too! There are a couple core girls in this house who consistently rally and show up at a lot of functions, but for the most part, the girls in this house are kinda standoffish and cold -- not warm and sweet like a lot of girls in other houses. AXO: There are some really nice down-to-earth girls in this house! They don’t really get seen at a lot of parties or anything, but for the most part, the girls in this house have a pretty good sisterhood! Theta: There are a couple fun girls in this house, but for the most part, they have a lower profile than Tri Delt or Zeta. GPhi: they weren’t able to take a pledge class this year, and they had a 6-girl pledge class last year, so they may face some issues pretty soon with maintaining their presence on campus :/ everyone feels bad, but at the same time, the girls just did not vibe well with the PNMs this year and that’s on them.
