It was recently mentioned, in a not-so-casual way, here on greekrank that one particular house might decide to intentionally hand out fewer formal recruitment bids than quota allowed. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT ZTA IS THAT HOUSE. NO ONE HERE KNOWS FOR A FACT THAT ANY HOUSE INTENTIONALLY TOOK LOWER THAN QUOTA. It must also be noted that freshmen quota was 44 and uppergrade quota was 6 for the total quota of 50. If ZTA refused to take uppergrade new members they only missed freshmen quota by two (which then may easily have been filled by COBs).
