Phi Psi in my opinion is a freshman year frat. They have a lot of brothers and a big, expensive house so of course their parties will get packed. If you notice though most people get bored of it after freshman, if not sophomore year. I dunno, my freshman year everyone was a phi psi groupie but now know one talks about it except the underclassmen, just my observation
