Yes, but they have not been around long enough to establish a solid reputation in the same way other houses have given 100+ years on campus. 5 years is nothing in comparison. You can't really establish a solid pattern in this time. I would say they are just about getting to that point though, especially with this year's pledge class. They are really lucky because they were able to score a prime location on Greek row (biggest house apparently?) and have a national philanthropy that a lot of people care about and are willing to support: Breast cancer awareness. This has given them a good leg up and a large presence on campus. Also, Zeta is very strong nationally especially in the south, so when they arrived back on campus in 2012 the hot blondes who came to recruit from nationals attracted a lot of girls who would have otherwise fled to other well established "top houses" at Cal. All of these factors have given Zeta a significant advantage in developing a reputation on campus, so while they're still low on the totem pole due to being new, I forsee them moving up to mid, maybe even upper mid over the years. Their girls are definitely comparable to upper mid house--at least most of them. There is still some unpredictability but getting stronger.
