These houses all seem very happy with their pledge classes. As long as this is the case we don't need to say anything else about them or their ranking. Houses can establish their own identity/character INDEPENDENT of a ranking system and I truly hope this is the direction we are headed in. If all houses establish a sense of community they are proud of and have this be unrelated to a ranking system, there won't be a need to hype themselves up or put other houses down in the process. Word of advice to ALL houses: work on your issues internally and work to create a clear sense of community to make your new PC's feel welcome and proud to be part of your chapter. This will say more than any ranking ever will and will make the recruitment process better for everyone.
