i understand chi o had an okay pc but it doesn't make them better than sk and aphi they're never out partying and never exchange with top frats you don't hear about them exchanging or hanging out with guys from sae or zete or even dke also pi phi's pc was horrible and they deserve to step down from top tier kappa dg pi phi aphi/sk chi o and the rest.
