AOPi national cannot get the house by sueing. . The house was and still is owned by a local corporation. AOPi national wanted the local corporation to turn over the house to them and the local corporation said they would rather leave AOPi than turn over their house/ property to the national AOPi group. Which is what they did. They kept their property and left AOPi, becoming a local , non Panhellenic sorority, , Delta Sigma.
