As a woman of color and as a person who knows hispanics in my own house and in others, this is definitely not true. Yes there are flaws in the Greek system, but there are probably various reasons why you were dropped by 10 houses. Don't use the color of skin to justify your recruitment experience. Or your socioeconomic background that no one would know about unless you flat out said it.
