How is it people post here complaining "the houses are too big" AND "there will be COB because we need more women"? Is greekrank playing us for fools? Is there a true division in Cal's panhel between sororities needing more women thru COB and those who have too many now and want fewer? I thought (via this site) some houses were going to stick it to panhel by intentionally bidding fewer women and pay their fines accordingly.
