I went to pref at chi omega last night and I have been thinking about this all day. I don't know what to think. I went to the national website and found this statement and kept thinking that the way we are being treated in not in line with the values of the national or this policy. I am stuck. From ChiOmega website: Chi Omega respects all individuals. Each member and new member should be treated with respect and dignity. Likewise, each member and new member is expected to uphold the honor and dignity of Chi Omega on all occasions. Chi Omega Ritual supports the principle that dignity is an inalienable right of each individual.
