We have snowflake issues but the ones discussed in this thread aren't snowflake issues. If you want to keep your head in the sand as to everything that is happening then feel free. But don't accuse those of talking about the issues that impact us all in a way that you don't approve of as being whiners. No whining is happening here as all of these issues were discussed in houses and with panhel last year. The fact that many of the issues discussed last year were repeated again this year can lead one to draw many conclusions, most of which are not at all flattering to anything going on in the system.
