There is a right way to do things and the wrong way. Jamming houses with high quota is not the right way imo. To those saying my concern for pnms is not real that is absolutely wrong. I am ashamed and feel terrible that pnms are subjected to what we call recruitment. My feelings about pnm treatment cannot be connected however to feeling's of great anger about being jammed again this year because we can't figure out how to manage our system. Everyone gets an opinion and this is mine. I speak for nobody other than myself except I know many others agee. Pnms should reserve judgement until they are on the other side of the door. Do you have any idea what it's like to cut over 95% day 1 with less than 10 min convo? Crazy and wrong imo.
