This story totally happened last year in front of our house. We had to rush out and help the poor PNM. She was totally stuck and in tears. The shoes were goners and we couldn't even get them out of the grate. We also had someone do a face plant on our front steps. She was in platforms and the uneven walkway totally tripped her up. I do give her credit though she cleaned up her skinned knees and kept on going.
